Today's Workout:
My max rep on the "inverted cross rows"? = 5 with my legs straight out in front of me.
Treadmill
This machine that said it wasn't an elliptical but better on the tag- intense.
The Rowing Machine
The Elliptical
Stretches

Notes: Next time I should run upstairs or longer on the treadmill.
