Workout:
I ran upstairs on the track and almost ran the entire mile without stopping. I also stretched, did push-ups, used the rowing machine, and the elliptical. My problem continues to be that I don't want to do any one thing for any stretch of time. We should all play soccer together.
Dumbell Rep. 10 lbs. each arm 10 times.
Out of class Experience: Yoga
I don't really like yoga. I never know if I'm doing it correctly. And it's very quiet and kind of awkward. I need to run. Like in soccer.
