Today's Workout:
Treadmill
Tabata Sprints: 10 incline, 5.7 speed ( I liked this. . . not that it was easy.)
Elliptical
Rowing
I was going to do Tabata push-ups / sit-ups but I couldn't do more than like 13 push-ups. So I just did sit-ups after that not counting.
Made it to my next class with 5 minutes to spare. Victory.
By the way the machine that I did Monday is called an Arc Trainer. That is difficult. But will do again. Also next time I would like to run on the upstairs track- cause aha I still don't like working out in front of people. Wish we could all just play some soccer together.
