Today I:
Technically ran a full mile on the treadmill without stopping, but does that really count? It's harder when you're running around a track, I'm sure, which is what I intend to do.
Rowed ( I like rowing. It hurts your arms but you're not sweating like crazy. Good towards end of workout so I don't arrive at my next class glazed in sweat. Yep.)
Stretched / push-ups etc.
Did "dips" / pulled weights, I pulled like 40 lbs. and I like this, I think I will do it again.
Ate normally today, sort of, pretty much. Well maybe not breakfast, but I can always try again tomorrow.
