Yesterday I did the elliptical, ran, and then did Tabata pushups (which didn't last that long) and stretched.

Today I ran a mile on the treadmill.
Which isn't the track but it was the treadmill anyway.
I did this machine . . . I wrote about it on another post. The name (or company?) is Cybex. Scary. Scary good.
I also did this ball to the wall thing (the ball was heavier than I thought it would be) and stretched in an attempt to make myself more flexible.

Today I ran doing this stop/start exercise . . . don't know if I liked it too much. Then I kept running. Then I rowed.

Today I did an intense workout with Kaitlin.
It involved weights, jumping, and lots of pushups.

Today I ran and stretched and did 3 sets of 10 with this weight thing you pull down. And then I ran some more.
