Hey!
So today we tested our limits for sqatting with a 45lb bar on your back and pull ups. I could only do the 45lb bar, and didn't enjoy it very much- I don't like leaning backwards as you go down. For the assisted pull ups I did "25lb rep" I think was what Ms. Starrett called it. I also worked on this rowing machine for the first time which I liked and walked on an incline on the treadmill.
