Spring 2013 Semester Fitness Blog

Hi!
This blog is going to be used for my PRW II: Individual Fitness course that I'm taking this semester. We just had our first class on Friday to talk about the syllabus and we mentioned what we each want to get out of this course. I just want to be HEALTHY and feel FIT. There have been periods in my life when I was athletic and it feels great. I want to go back to that. So I'm excited ^^
